Raviolis with White Sauce

Sauce:
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup white wine
2 cups chicken stock
1-2 cups milk
salt/pepper

Pea Mint
1 cup peas
1/4 cup mint
1/2 cup parmesan

Pulse in food processor, leaving some chunks

Asparagus, Ramp, Chicken
1 chicken breast, grilled
1 cup ramps
1-2 cups asparagus
4 ounces goat cheese
