Potato Leek Soup

2 lbs potatoes, cut into chunks
4 cups leeks, chopped (~2 leeks)
3 cups kale
1/2 cup white wine
7 cups chicken stock
3/4 cup heavy cream
8 oz sour cream
1/4 cup parmesan


Notes: leave chunks of potatoes.  could add celeriac.
