Use Up the Veggies Pasta with Parmesan Sauce

Sauce (Bechamel + Parmesan):

3 Tbs butter
4 Tbs flour
2 Cups milk
1 Cup parmesan  cheese
salt, pepper

Heat the milk.
Melt butter, whisk in flour, don't let it brown.
Slowly pour in milk while whisking constantly.
Cook for 15 minutes until thick, stirring often.
Stir in parmesan cheese, season with salt and pepper.
