Salmon with Mustard Sauce

2 Salmon Steaks
salt and pepper
1/4 cup sour cream
3 Tbs Dijon mustard
1 Tbs Stone ground mustard
2 Tbs Shallots, minced


Season the salmon with salt and pepper and place in a baking dish.  Mix together the remaining ingredients and cover the salmon with the sauce.  Bake at 425 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
