Lentil cakes (first attempt)

lentils
onion
chick peas
garlic
carrot
egg
bread crumb
yogurt
(flour)
chiles
ginger
walnuts
lemon
turmeric
sesame seeds
cumin
garam masala
cardamom
cayenne
celery seed

Cook lentils according to package.
Sautee onions, garlic, ginger, chiles, carrots in olive oil.
