Hot Sauce:
1/2 Tbs Brown sugar
1 tsp pepper
3/4 tsp cayenne
1 tsp chili powder
2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp allspice
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cloves
1 onion, chopped
1-2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 Tbs butter
1 lb ground beef
1 cup water or beef stock
12 oz tomato paste
frank's red hot
Sautee the onions and garlic in butter until translucent, then add ground beef and cook until done. Add all remaining ingredients, bring up to a simmer and cook at least 20-30 minutes. Adjust thickness with water or stock.
